It’s easy to dismiss skills as being secondary or optional compared to strength.
Fact is strength is completely impotent without skill but skill is often taken for granted rather than being developed.
 
What are the universal abilities that great athletes have?
What is it that’s being lost as we age that makes us less-able.
Can we recreate the elite athletic foundations in everyday people?
Can we make the old young again?
 
Spatial awareness, balance and co-ordination... often the best athletes have developed them to a very high level as children.
It’s like multi-sport athletes are debating based on a much bigger foundation of reading materials.
We develop ourselves based on the challenges that our environment creates for us.
How can we create a more dense training environment that develops more of our capacities?
