Here is the routine I’m doing at the moment :
EMOM 9min with the Ladder 1/2/3 reps on 3 movements everyday :
- chest to bar chin ups
- shoulder press
- squat
I use the same weight during a whole week and increase the next week.
For now I’m at 46kg on chin ups, 66kg on shoulder press and 122kg on squat.
