Daily Ladder Strength ( Motion Guy - Nico)

 
Here is the routine I’m doing at the moment :
EMOM 9min with the Ladder 1/2/3 reps on 3 movements everyday :
  • chest to bar chin ups
  • shoulder press
  • squat
I use the same weight during a whole week and increase the next week. For now I’m at 46kg on chin ups, 66kg on shoulder press and 122kg on squat. Last sets in video 👍🏽
