Why UNCOM United FC

UNCOM United Football Club started with the question…
“How can we give back more to Vanuatu?”
 
UNCOM Village in Vanuatu is beautiful and unique. It’s a chance to build something that the world hasn’t seen. The local community is a big part of the project.
What do the local people love? ⚽
What do the leaders of the country take great pride in? ⚽
 
So the question became “How can we help Vanuatu ⚽?”
  1. More balls.
  1. More fields.
  1. Scouting support.
  1. Elite coaching.
  1. Training camps for junior elite players.
  1. Pay top players to go full-time.
 
But how can we reach the villages and the smaller towns as well as the big cities?
 
At this point we considered that we’re also building villages in Colombia 🇨🇴, Montenegro 🇲🇪 and have plans for more countries.
 
What if we were able to help them also.

In solving this challenge we decided to build a leaderboard app that would allow us to coach and get data from players.
 
The data will allow us to reward those who are improving and accelerate the progress of those who want to represent Vanuatu or play professionally internationally.
 
What Would It Take To Help Young Stars Go Pro & Even Make The World-Cup or Sign Big-Time Professional Deals?
THE WILL.
 
Decision is to cut off from other possibilities.
If the result has already been decided then only the path is a mystery.
 
Here are some of the clues as to how we can facilitate the acceleration of enthusiastic players.
  1. Football drills with competitive scoring.
  1. Football education.
  1. Athletic ability training for extreme physical ability.
  1. Health & lifestyle education.
  1. Mind game skills to help players use their mental faculties to achieve their best.
  1. Connecting our players to professional players, coaches and specialists.
  1. Building a bigger base of general skills.
  1. Connecting local UNCOM United players to each other will also improve the quality of their practice.
  1. Providing showcase events where our network of scouts, coaches and clubs around the globe will be watching.
 
All of this can be delivered within the UNCOM United App.
 
It won’t happen overnight but if we choose it then it will happen.
