How I Eat 🍒

This diet requires no feeling of discipline or sacrifice.
It’s based on my preferences and what works best for me.
 
Everyday:
  1. Mostly fatty red meat - beef, lamb, pork.
  1. 2 meals per day.
  1. Berries & apples.
 
Sometimes (1-2 times per week):
  1. Chicken, fish, seafood
  1. Dairy
  1. Other fruits
  1. Vegetables if I want
 
Rarely:
  1. Desserts
  1. Anything else
 
To get leaner eat leaner meat, eat until less full, take a little longer between meals. Train safely for maximal strength feats.
 
To add mass, eat more fat or carbs, eat until very full, eat a little more frequently. Train with more volume.
