What?
Squat 3 times per day for 6 days.
18 session.
Completion is the main focus.
I don’t plan to go above 8/10 effort. No grinders. No bad form.
I’ll be doing:
2-4 reps in the AM,
4-6 in the middle
8-10 in the PM (around 4pm is the goal).
I’m old and weak at this stage so my goal is simply to complete it... and squat 130kg for 3 and 140kg for 1.

How many sets? 3-5. The initially squat holiday is heavy on the sets for rapid mass gain. It’s worth checking out but I didn’t do well with it personally. I think it was too heavy and too much volume.

Why?
Why not? Life is for the experiences. Also to come in nice at the end of the FAT challenge with some solid volume. I’ll do some easy pushes and pulls at each session also 1-3 sets nothing crazy.
High frequency tends to work well for squats.
I missed some squats with my life changes over the last month. I’m catching them up.
Since we have the F.A.T. challenge running with 1 week to go I’m not going to be eating like crazy.
