Death begins in the gut.
If you're farting, have painful/irregular stools, etc. then your training and blood quality are being impacted.

Fasting

Stop eating.
The gut will normalize.
If you're too hungry use > broth, butter, collagen & gelatine, cream, honey.
 
Fasting only lasts so long.
At some stage, you have to add food.
Add the lowest allergen foods.
We are red meat, red meat is very easy for us to live on.

Meat Based - Elimination Diet

Focus on RED MEAT + Fats (1-2kg / day)
Add Fatty Wild Fish.
Brains / marrow / kidney / heart / liver etc.

Add Back - See what happens

Once the gut is feeling great you can try new things and see what happens.
Eggs
Raw dairy - cream, yogurt, butter, etc.
Fruits
 
Pasteurized dairy / Ice-cream
Rice / Oats
Nuts
Vegetables
 
It's worth considering eliminating or drastically reducing the last 4 items if you have gut issues.
