FORCE
 
If you have never got shown how to build your athletic foundation, now is your chance.
 
Split Squats and Seated Good-Mornings.
Nordics and Sissy Squats.
If there is a weak link, now is the time to find it and remove it!
 
You can significantly change the way your body feels while most other guys are at best fighting to maintain if they're not actively taking away from their pre-season gains.

If we have the base we can focus a little more on expression.

1. Increase relative power.
2. Increase movement efficiency
3. Optimise metabolism and body composition

Clean out all the chemicals from your house.
Establish new reading and journaling habits.
