Accelerate your path to becoming a RealMVMT Leader by:
1. Contribute
Creating a 1-hour course. Get at least 5x 5-star reviews.
OR
Create a 12-week training block towards a specific target using the RealMVMT programming flavor.
2. Learn
Complete the RealMVMT Level 1 and ATG courses. More courses may be added to this pre-requisite learning.
3. All Performance Data Submitted.
Baseline data
Achieve Grey Belt Or Above
Optional extras > Decathlon, Belts etc.
4. Participate
Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets and reflections.
5. Build RMVT
Use social media and your network to increase awareness about RealMVMT and its members. The bigger the whole brand is the more possibility there is for all of us.
Who's Eligible?
Most leaders will come from within the Mentorship but it there is a great connection with people who’ve developed themselves down other paths we have no restriction on anyone becoming a RealMVMT leader. Our ambition is to be a global leader in education. Results are our primary focus.
