Juggling
Maintain order to progress fastest.
Chaos has limited returns.
Very, few people follow instructions and seek feedback at the optimal rate to progress near optimally.
I challenge you to be the exception.

1 ball
- understand that the path is a figure 8.
- throw to a consistent height
- catch to a consistent height
2 balls
- throw both balls at the same height
- throw the second ball under the first
- catch to the same height
3 balls
- throw from the middle initially, catch to the outside
- it's essentially the same as what you just did with 2 balls but continuous
- start working on some variations including mills mess!
- start working on 3 ball flash with a clap and leg slaps.
2 balls in one hand
- focus on throwing from inside to outside as the foundation.
- build columns, front to back, and other variations
4 balls
- focus on 2 in one hand, one in the other until that drill is easy continuously on both sides.
- start 4-ball laddering reps 2-3-4-5...
- start 4-ball cross, it is similar in difficulty to 5 ball juggling.
5 balls
- Start with 5 throws getting to the right height and all crossing to the other side.
- Catch those five throws.
- Work on 6 throws and ladder up.
- Avoid chaos
Handstands
Handstand under shoulders (not too wide).
Fingers spread.
Whole-body tension.
Elbows straight.
Work on "line awareness" against the wall.

Base
- Build the ability to invert your head without fear.
- Work on crow pose and controlled headstands
Entries
- Work on scissor entry to the wall, kiss the wall until you're able to hold for 5-10 seconds without touching the wall.
Holds
- Practice handstands with your nose to the wall.
- When you feel comfortable begin to look at the floor and use the wall minimally by putting weight into your fingers.
- Go a little further from the wall and take one leg over your head until your other toes start to come off the wall. Go on and off the wall very slowly using the pressure in your fingers to push you back to the wall

Getting Started
Kick a ball against the wall with one foot (both).
Alternate feet.
Drop the ball on the foot.
Kick the ball back to the hand.
Kick twice on the same foot and back to the hand.
Kick alternating feet and back to the hands.
Build up single and alternating leg scores
