In 2014 Keegan was thinking about the challenge of the everyday Joe going to the gym and under-achieving despite "training."
In the process of testing the method, Keegan hit a 100kg snatch and various other lifetime bests. Sonny Bill Williams and many other athletes did the same. The players loved it and the method stuck.
Since then athletes and gyms around the world have applied the method to eliminate the hassles of confusing programs so they can focus on what matters. Execution, culture, getting the intensity right for the day, etc.
Many great coaches have arrived at similar conclusions over the years.
