Mineral Balance

The better you're eating the less likely you are to have issues with electrolytes. If you're highly stressed and eating the average modern diet then you may be stressing your cells out with electrolyte imbalances.

Insulin plays a key role in both nutrient and electrolyte storage where insulin resistance increases mineral deficiencies.

Magnesium
- a key molecule for DHEA production which is a mother sex hormone and many energetic pathways. Magnesium deficiency is extremely common because there is not as much in the water supply or the soil as in other times. We don't use it in modern fertilizers etc. Sugar and stress also cause loss of magnesium.

Sodium - low sodium decreases energy and circulation. It's easy to become salt depleted while transitioning to a low processed food or ketogenic diet.

Potassium - helps with pulling nutrients into the cells and is key for balance with sodium.

Calcium

Selenium

Zinc
