SAUNA.
Infra-red or traditional sauna helps to heat the body which kills germ and weak cells. Circulation is up-regulated dilating blood vessels and flushing cells and capillaries with the contents of the blood.
HOT BATHS.
Ideally, these are mineral baths. This will have a huge impact on your body temperature and allow your body to sweat out toxins and absorb the goodness from the water.
HOT DRINKS.
Even hot soup/broth will have a big impact on body temperature and is often more accessible than the above 2 options. Don't be afraid to sip on hot broth and soup all day if you're needing a boost in health.
