Tibialis Truths

Tibialis Truths

No study has been done on loading the Tibialis.

So why would we load it if no study has been done upon it yet?

Well let's list some truths:
1. 669% more money is spent studying acceleration than deceleration.

2. Most lower-body injuries happen in deceleration.

3. The Tibialis is the decelerator of the foot.

4. "Despite being the leading cause of the acquired flatfoot, it is often not recognized early enough."

5. DUH!

Search "tibialis anterior" on PubMed and you'll find complex and random studies, yet no simple strengthening or measurement of strength for it!

But if you simply watch the tibialis in action, you will see it is your primary defense mechanism against the forces coming into your foot, ankle, Achilles, shin, and knee.

The stronger you get your tibialis = more protected you are against pain in these areas.

The more protected you are = more force you can apply and thus cause athleticism adaptation.

Truth is simple!

Yours in Bulletproofing,
Ben
