Lesson 1 is all about how to get a crushing pump in your legs, which can seem nearly impossible when you have knee pain!
This step alone strengthens your legs and gets massive blood flow to the tendons which can be so stubborn to change, hence this step alone has fixed hundreds of cases of knee pain.
