When you transform your body you upgrade your mind.
Primarily we’re here to get to our ideal natural muscle mass. For some that will mean building their foundation, for others building weak links, still others will come to rediscover their athletic determination.
Muscle gains can be transmuted into confidence, courage and character that attracts new opportunities.
 
You now have the chance to share:
  1. Current height, weight, body fat percentage (& muscle number)
  1. Age, location, profession.
  1. A brief history in muscle.
  1. What brings you to muscle club?

Use these sessions to prepare yourself if you’re out of shape and not ready for Muscle Club yet.
They are also great benchmarking sessions.
If you’re able to complete the challenge with more repetitions then you’re better than you used to be!
If you’re able to complete it without a break then you’re better!
Light high volume workouts for general conditioning and SIZE.
Stay relaxed and build tolerance to work. (Or test yourself to the limit.)
 
*rest for 1 minute if you fall outside the 30 second limit.
*the goal is 40 sets.
*** if you have joint pain or tendon pain your score doesn’t count. Regress. Make your body feel good. Make new gains.
