1. Fatty cuts (rump cap, offcuts for "soup")
2. Organs (heart, liver, brains primarily)
3. Broth / Soup - tendons, bones, feet
4. Raw & cooked fatty mince / carpaccio

1. Butter / Ghee
2. Suet / Tallow / (Lard)
3. Cream / Raw cream
 

3. Dairy

1. Raw milk (if legal/available)
2. Greek yogurt (if well tolerated)
