All Uncommon Coaches should have a system for at least one sport or movement goal.
 
Put together 5 drills to improve one skill.
Complete them either in 5 x 5 minute blocks or 5 circuits.
Keep score on at least one movement if not all 5.

Focus on the skill, speed, stamina, strength & stretch.
Individualise.
Gamify.
