4 months ago I decided to:
1. Go animal based,
2. Centre my training around compound lifts (applied Dense Strength in June),
3. Cut out all the BS hygiene/food products from my life.
I believe that it was these 3 changes that have helped me get to where I’m at now.
I’ve been training since my freshmen year of high-school and have never seen results like this before. I highly recommend trying this out!
