5-Day Quick Shred - Protocol 1

5 day protocol
Up to 1.5kg of lean meat in 1-2 meals +/- 6 eggs. 60 minutes of on the minute training in the 10-30 rep range. 1 x fatty meal / all you can eat at the successful completion of 5 days. *restart the 5 days if you break protocol. 2-5 Cycles. Track morning weight.
