Hunt for 3-5 days.
Make the kill.
Hunt again.
Stick to the plan until you hit your goal weight.
Use it again as needed.
With this mentality, you must be able to feast.
Some people will PREFER this style of transformation to the base fat 2 free plan.
For every day you fast you get 2000 cals for when you feast or around 50-75% of your baseline calories.
Consume this within 1-2 hours then take a nap or go to bed to make a clear end to the eating period.
Think WOLF > 80%+ meat, eat the organs. A little fruit is ok. Don't be a street dog skimming on human junk food and crap. Wolf Strength & Dignity.
Fatty meats are fine.
Some raw meat and broth are a good idea.
Yes, I am saying if you have fasted for 5 days you can have a go at consuming 10,000 calories in a meal.
You may well find that you don't want to eat for 2-3 days after that!
