This mix is part of the "Snake Diet" which we are not recommending but the electrolytes can help to prevent some of the challenges that come with dehydration during fasting.

BEFORE GIVING UP

> Go for a swim in the ocean
> Drink more snake juice.

AFTER THAT
Have some broth, ketones, gelatine, collagen, essential amino acids, or glutamine.
Yes, they have some calories but they are within our muscle fasting protocol and can keep you on the train and very low calorie through to the 72 hours.
