In this video I talk about why arm training really matters for strength and power athletes. I use the incline to create a mechanical disadvantage earlier in the movement. Changing the strength curve is key for adaptation with experienced lifters. Incline curls also stretch the muscle so they’re a good option for you last workout of the day.
