Thick bar reverse curls

Thick bar reverse curls are a good measure of forearm strength as well as elbow flexors. If you’re weak on these then you’ve got room for improvement on your cleans and chin-ups. While some say that mirror muscles are only for the beach, I was one of them, I can now see that improving arm strength will help increase your performances on pushes and pulls as well as help prevent elbow injuries in contact sports.
