Session summary – Lockout work

It makes sense that lifting heavy weights will help you to be better at lifting heavy weights, that’s what I was trying to do today. I want to do  a full rep with 140kg. Now  that I’ve lifted it at this height I will go 1 pin lower and work until I can lift it. I will also do multiple reps with the same weight through a smaller range of motion.
My best deadlift is 205kg, I struggle to lock out 125kg here with the added band tension. After the deadlifts I did reverse hypers and GHG for reps.
