Q&A Videos – Overhead stability, split squat and good mornings
I want to share with you some of the best exercises for shoulder rehabilitation, technique for split squats and posterior chain exercises. The post is in response to a question from my old hockey buddy Ben Garard who’s on his way to the top in the CrossFit scene. Plus some bonus nutrition recommendations for overcoming injuries.
My version of split squats. I call them lunges when I actually move the feet from there starting position. Also you’ll see some lying triceps work with dumbbells.
I thought I’d throw this one in because it might freak out some main-stream fitness people. Bottom line is that there aren’t many exercises that are “bad.” Everything depends on who you are, how strong and prepared you are for the movement you want to do and whether the lift will help you get to your goals.
