Marbles anyone? – I got the baby (80kg) one up today
What an honour to be with Phil Richards (click the link to see his site and supplements) and to be one of the first coaches to be up-skilled in his new “Coach the coaches” gym designed specifically to raise the standards of weight training and nutrition coaching around the world!
I got to try out the new equipment with 2 sessions delivered by Phil.
Yesterday it was:A1 Log clean (70kgx5 last set)A2 Yoke walk (150kgx 20+m, last set)B Idiots guide to box squat- Dynamic box squats 60kg + heavy chains 5×3 on 45 sec (and struggled! jump! jump!)C1 Back attack 3×20 35kg,C2 Standing trunk curls 3×20.
Today was:A1 Viking press up to 2 heavy sets of 3,A2 Bench row,B1 jammer 4×6.B2 explosive crucifix 4×12, (not sure what Phil calls them)C1 westside triceps 3×10-12 @17.5kg,C2 low pulley biceps curls 3x torture sets from Phil.
Thank the universe, and Phil for Amino work capacity and collagen + for making me feel human after the day of travel and then superhuman during these workouts!
Everything is going to a new level from here on in! Watch out!
