Paleo living diary entry

Healthy living is essential when working to build resilience and work capacity. The better we are at recovering the harder we can work. Having a big dream is the most important factor in whether or not we apply ourselves to training or any other aspect of life.
Below are some pieces to the puzzle for constructing the reality I want to live in, if any of our goals overlap then this might help you.
1. Systemic enzymes bring the blood to life and speed up repair and recovery. I take 2 caps 3-5 times per day between meals.

2. Red juice from PRP is a great cleanser and alkaliser. I take this in rotation with green drinks and berry drinks. These are the athlete and paleo eaters best friend!

3. Speed bench builds power, a key component in strength progression. The bands and using the Westside method are both relatively new to me but I’m quietly confident that my strength levels are moving in the right direction with this style of training.
4. Lunch today was garlic and ginger prawns with chilli caijan sweet potato chips fried in coconut oil. Paleo eating should be tasty and enjoyable!

5. I’ve also included videos from Sam and Will, two guys interning with me and doing a great job at it!
6. New mac tools arrived this week.
