Biosignature muscle gain, fat loss, health experiement

Do you know what you want? Are you doing what it takes to get it? These are the questions I ask myself when I start feeling like I’m wandering in life.
I’ve committed to being 86kg and to be the best example of health and performance I can be. I’ve got the moustache to prove it. I decided to dive into the biosignature protocols to know first hand how the protocols work and to help me on my way to my goals.

Pre-Biosig Pic 23/4 – Moustache starting to grow!
In April I became a Level 1 Biosignature Practitioner and have since put to use lots of what I learned. Some think that Biosignature is just a supplement sales system that goes beyond what you really need. I believe that Biosignature is part of a new frontier in performance enhancement that is just becoming available to the masses.
There are three main reasons why the supplement industry is growing so quickly: the first is the health crisis and lack of solutions from doctors trained in western medicine; the second is because there is a lot of money to be made and plenty of people putting their hands up to be the ones to receive it; thirdly food quality continues to decrease while environmental stress and toxicity rise meaning that the human body in the 21st century has a big challenge to detoxify and nourish itself.
I have used a number of supplements over the years to help with different health problems as well as to improve performance. After recently completing my biosignature course I’ve taken supplementation to a new level in an effort to boost my health and recovery to become the example I want to be for the world.
My biosignature testing revealed that the hamstrings, pec and triceps sites were the biggest priority for me
1. Hamstring (11mm)- correlates to a large amount of environmental estrogens in the body which can come from a variety of sources, some of the most common being tap water, personal care/hygiene products and pesticide residues on food.
2. Pectoral (4.5mm)- this correlates to over conversion of testosterone to estrogen and poor androgen levels. Despite usually being quite lean I’ve never has a lean chest or veins in my shoulders. Now I understand why since my testosterone levels have also been average or below in recent testing and I had “mild” gyno when I was in my teens.
3. Triceps (6.8mm) – this correlates again to poor androgen reserve levels. Since I know from other saliva testing that my DHEA levels are low this result is spot on.
Supplements I’m using:
General /  Detox: Multi-Intense, Methylator 2.0, Zinc (Uber Zinc, Zinc Sulfate solution), Vitamin C (Uber C), Magnesium (Poly Mag), P1-P2 Balance, Fish Oils
Brain: Java Stim, Fast Brain 2.0, Focussed Response PX,
Relax / hormone support: Phospatydil serine, Yin- ALA, Mag L Threonate, Uber Mag, Pantethine, Plant Sterols, Holy Basil, Uber Inositol
Workout: BCAA’s, Beta-Alanine, Creatine, QuadriCarb
Immune / Alkalising: Immune Supreme, Phyto PX, Primal Greens
Estrogen clearance: DIM-Avail, Calcium D-Glucarate
Digestive support: HCL, digestive enzymes
It’s been 1 month since I started with the supplements and in that time I have gained 4kg of body weight and lost body fat off my pec, hamstring and triceps sites. When I did the biosignature seminar I was measured at 8% body fat and although there are no biosignature practitioners around to do the retest I feel like I’m around the same percentage. My skin is also clearer than it’s been since before puberty and my dreams are more vivid than they have been for a long time. Androgen / testosterone effects are also UP.
Gaining muscle mass for me, like many guys has always been a difficult task, as has recovery from big sessions. A tough session would often leave me sore for 4-5 days rather than 1-2 for most guys. Lately I’ve been backing up with afternoon sessions or extra concentric only sessions on days off!
I just read a post from Phil Richards where he spoke about being crippled from mercury poisoning which forced him to develop products that have now become a successful supplement line for him. People who haven’t had major health problems are probably less likely to be interested in biosignature and other functional medicine systems because there body hasn’t yet faced a challenge to show them how much difference the right supplements make.
Having had numerous health problems that have held me back from the life and the performances I want to achieve I’m looking for any improvement big or small to help me on my way. Biosignature is another piece in this puzzle that has made a huge difference to my life over the last month and it’s helping me move closer to my dreams!
For some people it may seem strange or even unhealthy to be using so many nutritional supplements. To me it’s strange that people put so many things in and on their bodies that are known to be toxic. I drink alcohol very rarely and in moderation, I eat mostly organic food and purified water. Bisignature supplements are an extra effort that I make to help me achieve my dreams and improve my quality of life!
What else is there in life but to whole-heartedly pursue your dreams? My next update pic will be when I’m at the 86kg goal and the moustache is ready to come off! I will also have some blood test results by then.
