Foot juggling is one of the best balance tools.
#1 Start with the ball on the ground kicking against the wall. The target is 10 alternating kicks from 1m distance in 10 seconds. This might take some time. Record your maximum score in 10 seconds.
#2 Juggling in the air for 10 seconds single foot.
#3 Juggling in the air for 10 seconds alternating feet. Over 10 kicks is the first goal but record your maximum score.
#4 Juggling in the air for 10 seconds rebounding off the wall from 1m for 10 seconds. Record your maximum score.
Beyond the scores we want to be able to perform these skills facing left, right and even backwards using all parts of the feet and body.
