Humans like other animals doesn't do well in zoos.
Creating an environment like that of our ancestors is the best way to increase the quality of life and to get the best adaptation to the training stimulus.
1. Gluten-containing and most other grains
Grains often create permeable guts that cause immune and hormonal imbalance. Testing is difficult. Modern grain genetics, production, and processing make them more problematic.
2. Wifi
Constant wifi particularly in big cities with many networks creates over-stimulation of the brain making relaxing and switching off more difficult. Turn wifi off at night and avoid over-exposure where possible.
3. Artificial Light
Particularly important while sleeping, just before bed, and first thing in the morning.
Nature's light cycles impact hormones and brain function. Blue blockers for the eyes and skin are a good idea if chronic exposure can't be avoided.
- Vegetable Oils
Hydrogenated/processed corn/cotton/soy/canola oils increase systemic inflammation and decrease the quality of cell membranes. Cell membranes sense their environment and interact with it to meet the cells’ needs. The membrane is a key component of the cell for cellular health.
5. Constipation
Chronic constipation will create issues with toxicity and nutrient absorption. Mineral deficiencies and poor diet are common contributors as well as dehydration and stress.
6. Shrinking Environments
You're either getting better or worse. Growing or dying. Decrease the amount of time you spend in environments you don't agree with or that don't bring the best out in you.
7. Cosmetics, creams, etc.
Most creams have a petrochemical base and contain xeno-estrogens and other toxins. Use only natural products that you would be happy to put in your mouth or on your food.
8. Tap Water
Pipes were laid a long time ago and come from far away. Chlorine, fluoride, and aluminum as well as other chemicals and dead organisms can be found in tap water. This can negatively impact the gut and is not water as nature intended it.
9. Sitting / Posture / Shoes / Bed
Avoid excessive periods of time in the same posture particularly sitting which is moving towards the fetal position. Walk barefoot and on uneven surfaces, rest in a deep squat and sleep on a hard floor. A soft environment creates soft people.
