Feats can help to drive the process and keep us focussed.
Feats are the fruits of our work.
Feats matter, but often we can't exactly control the time it takes to achieve them.
Choose one thing for the month that moves you closer to your Olympic vision. This is one key thing that you're going to define your monthly creativity by. It could be a target in human connection, athletic, richer or smarter. You choose.
The month runs for 25 days. We evaluate at the end of each month. We reset with clarity for the first 25 days of the next month.
Why 25 days? It can help to step back and evaluate your month.
A feat has a definite YES / NO result.

Feats are the results of the work we do. These are often written off as natural, luck or gifts. In reality they are the fruits of past efforts.
Partly the efforts of your ancestors.
Partly what happened between 0-7 years old.
Mostly what you have been doing in the last two olympic cycles of your life.

Jocko wakes up early and trains 3 times a day (Weights, surf, BJJ).
Beeple ($100 mil+ in NFT sales) makes an NFT everyday.
Joe Rogan does squats every morning and has been extremely consistent with long-form podcasting.
Ben Patrick makes a new post and sends it to all platforms daily. When he starts a new platform like Medium or YouTube, he will go all in on it daily for a set period of time.
Many famous writers commit to writing daily.

What makes a great day for you?
Focus = 1 Thing For The Day
Focus is everything.
Weapons of Mass DistrAction are being deployed against us all.
If we can reclaim our attention and get done what means most to us, we can build a kingdom and win freedom.
A focus is one thing you do that day that moves you towards your vision.
This can be a routine action (FREEDOM) or it can be a one off key task.
Uncommon Success Time (>30 minutes / day)
This is time where you're working on new actions that matter most for your future.
Plan on at least 30 minutes everyday as your Uncommon Success time.
Do your freedoms to become Athletic, Richer & Smarter during that time.
As you buy back more of your own time and get clearer on your goals, you might get to 6-8 hours of Uncommon Success time daily, where you're consciously cultivating body, mind, business and relationships.
If you already have the habit of training daily or working on your business then that wouldn't be in this 30 minutes. This 30 minutes is about what you need to do additionally to what is already automatic for you.
Daily Freedoms
Freedoms are how you make success automatic.
You might choose to have 4: Team, Athletic, Richer, Smarter.
Do something that you will do everyday of the month towards your olympic target.
eg. 100 total reps of the Big 6 (Tibs, calves, hamstrings, quads, chin/row, push-ups/dips.
eg. 5 minutes for sleds / hills.
eg. Sticking to your diet.
eg. train everyday.
eg. don't eat sugar.
eg. make a sales call everyday.
eg. post everyday.
eg. take 30 minutes of focused time to build my business.
eg. you don't watch entertainment (including scrolling).
How the abstract becomes a concrete solution.
Juggling for 10 minutes everyday might seem like an indirect path to success. BUT if you know that consistency and experientially understanding your ability to rewire your brain is the biggest barrier... then juggling can be a great place to start.
If persisting through the uncomfortable is your challenge then handstands can be a great starting point for the mental transformation that underpins the business potential.

For example Ben Clarfield is visiting this coming week, he arrives Sunday and we will be able to spend time together, have dinner Sunday night, etc. We are going to film a 5-parT series at 10am every day honoring Charles Poliquin. Ben will be our first Level 3 ATG Coach for his work to ensure ATG is honoring Poliquin. Ben has many amazing things to contribute but this is his specific contribution for his Level 3. Level 3 means you are contributing something unique to the group BEYOND what I can myself some specific area, and you actually have to come meet up with me in the flesh to create it or capture it! Keegan does the nominations.

12pm Lucky and I each eat a whole rotisserie chicken. I use hot sauce. I have a place where they do free range rotisserie chickens, hot and juicy, for $9.99. I have an Orgain grass-fed shake 20g protein to polish it off.
Then online work in the afternoon. I allow myself a second small cup of coffee if I think I need it.

That’s a simple strategy to get the most out of your efforts.
But within a Reel post I have identified 3 different types than go viral:
- Teaching a workout for sure can. Study Hampton of Hybrid Calisthenics.
- Monologue style can go viral teaching something. Look up Noel Deyzel.
- But AESTHETIC can also go viral. Beautiful form, or a jump, or a sprint, commentary not necessarily needed. Just show the living proof of the product in an aesthetic way, ideally higher resolution.
So I’m going to be alternating through those 3 types throughout the week: workout, monologue, aesthetic, repeat… for me aesthetic is probably having new slow motion dunks each week and not complicating the screen, just letting an aesthetic slow motion dunk play out and then finish explosively. But it could be anything aesthetic.
Then for dinner it’s two meals. At least two meals. But skipping the fluff. For example not a steak meal OR a salmon meal but one of each, skipping the bread/rice/potatoes. Tonight was 2 orders of ropa vieja at a killer spot - damn it was good - but skipping the chips/rice/plantains etc. - I also had 12 wings. So basically whatever I’m eating for dinner, I’m doing 2-3 protein portions and skipping the fluff, with fruits and veggies being optional.
Then bedtime snack is another Orgain 20g grass-fed shake, with a carton of blueberries and a carton of raspberries.
I enjoy glass bottled Mountain Valley Spring water during the day too. I try to drink two of the 1 liters.
So diet recap
- 1-2 small cups of coffee with cream
- Whole rotisserie chicken with hot sauce
- 2 orgain grassfed shakes 20g each
- 2-3 dinner protein portions, sometimes some fruits or veggies in there too
- 2 cartons of berries
I believe that has covered all my training, diet, and social media strategy.
As for major 2022 goals…
- Having ATG products I’m passionate about is a big one for me in 2022 because for example an ATG Sled we could all make extra income on by getting sales for it. So we are working with the best of the best company on how to get sales commissions lined up right to your bank accounts etc so you can sell any ATG stuff to people as a smooth second source of income. Factually, by number of views etc, we have popularized tibs, hip-flexors, sled, nordics, heel-elevation, etc, more than any group in the world. We should be exchanged with for that. So that’s a slow journey but worthwhile and I’m glad I didn’t wait any longer and jumped right into products.
- The other big one for 2022 is having the ATG App done, which is almost there, and which makes it super easy to then launch the ATG For Coaches App since the design/functions etc will have the same base frameworks.
Custom app and custom products make us a REAL business. Until then we’re really just a startup.
I also believe with 1 and 2 above I can get all my senior staff to 6 figure salaries and even increase bonuses etc. - my plan is to have by far the best paid staff in fitness, who are then expected to deliver the most care in fitness. So far I have been able to give every one of my staff members a raise each year. And in the past 15 months I have not lost a single staff member.
2021 saw us get noticed by the world. 2022 will see us get APPLIED by the world. From our custom ATG Sled with time and distance measurement… to YOU ALL having the stat of # of ATG sessions delivered in the flesh worldwide! We will be keeping track of this via the ATG For Coaches app tracking your stats for you and even assisting you with your stats and how to grow your biz etc., but that’s another convo. Just know we shoot our first ATG For Coaches paid advertisement live together at the Expo, funneling people to find their nearest coach!

- Evenings for my family …This was my original goal when I wrote my 2020 goals on Jan 1 2020.
I think writing your ideal DAY helps a lot more than only listing goals you want to occur.
So at the onset of 2022, that’s my ideal day, my training program, my diet, and the things I’m trying to achieve, along with my social media strategy.
And as you can see on a Friday - New Year’s Eve to be specific lol - at 8:30pm, I am just a workaholic at heart but you know what, creating is so much more fun to me than inflowing entertainment. Go do another workout. Go for a walk. Write an article. Record a podcast. Create anything you want to create. Then get a great sleep and you really gain momentum!
I think we can realistically do that Monday through Friday, no entertainment, and seem like superhumans compared to the norm, and still enjoy whatever we want on weekends if we so choose.
Then phone turned off by 9pm so there is nothing tempting and I maximize sleep quality. So that’s about now. I’m seriously ready to fall asleep.

I don't know a single success story that doesn't include partnerships, connections, mentors and clubs.
What's worked for me:
1. A single daily message (1 minute)
2. Regular calls (usually around 5-20 hours per week)
3. Periodic group events (preferably face to face)
4. Regular contact with mentors who've walked the path I want to take.
Very few people are able to use books and videos as mentors to achieve what's possible with human connection.
Students can also create this human dynamic that accelerates success.

Lymph & Immunity: dictates recovery and adaptability.
Skill: Balance & co-ordination.
Strength: Ability to manipulate tension for movement.

Cashflow: how much money moves through your accounts.
Wealth Preservation: money you protect to maintain your freedom & create possibilities.
