FINISH OPTION 1 (AMRAP)
Complete 10D1 at 80% on standing press.
Perform an AMRAP on the last set.
FINISH OPTION 2 (DENSE MASS)
Complete 10D3 on Bench Press at 70%
Perform 3 reps every 15 seconds to technical failure (make sure you have a spot or spotters arms, if not do dips)
