- Have P-Bars & Wrist Issue Alternatives
- Commit To A 25 Day Target With A Reward
- Identify 3 key drills to work on. Progress them for 2 weeks and then re-evaluate if any of the drills need to change.
- Never Miss The Same Way Twice eg. if you under-kick the next must be an over-kick on entry.
- At the VERY least get 15 seconds of each position each day if you want progress.
